The OK-415 is a narrow web rotary transfer machine purpose-built for narrow webbing-including lanyards, straps, and similar continuous narrow-format goods. Its oil-heated drum delivers constant, even color transfer for high-speed, continuous sublimation. Furthermore, the dual unwind system allows the loading of more paper without stopping. This keeps the job rolling as long as you need and saves you valuable time and money.

The OK-415 offers even more features, including:

• 10″/16″ belt widths
• 24″ diameter drum oil-filled drum for consistent color for the length of the job
• Automatic belt tracking system
• 4″ touch screen interface of all mechanical functions, providing intuitive user control and savable settings for consistent production
• Standard unwind and rewind for blotting tissue to protect the belt from excess dye
• Exit conveyor height is sufficient for most common trash bins
• Box drop exit conveyor provides a powered take-off of goods for winding and boxing
• Safety systems (emergency stops and hand protection at entry)
• Automatic cool down
