With 40 years of experience designing and manufacturing heat transfer, dye sublimation, laminating, and fusing machines, Jozef continues to lead Practix Mfg., LLC.

Roman Pracko-Co-Founder/VP

With over 35 years experience and knowledge, Roman designs our new equipment, manages the process of bringing new products into production and manages performance of existing products. Roman also oversees the operations of the manufacturing ensuring that quality requirements are met and deliveries are on time constantly developing his suppliers, systems and team.

Zuzana Cloete-Business Development

Leads marketing and business development, including strategy, branding, messaging, communications, public relations, and customer engagement, while driving new opportunities and growth for the company.

Robert Pracko-Operations Director

Oversees daily leadership and management of manufacturing and quality control, ensuring targets for customer service, growth, and profitability are met. Supports positive labor relations to maintain a motivated, productive workforce.
