The OK-400CP is a high-speed cut-parts rotary belt press built for the most demanding continuous transfer production. Endless belts and the heaviest rollers in its class deliver firm, uniform pressure for flawless ink application, backed by pneumatic cylinders that ensure consistent pressure across every run. An automatic fiber-optic belt tracking system keeps both the Nomex and in-feed belts running wrinkle-free, while an oil-heated drum with Practix’s unique chamber design maintains even heat distribution and solid-state temperature controllers hold precise heat control. Sealed long-life bearings and a caster-mounted, removable out-feed conveyor support both roll-to-roll and piece-goods production, and the ergonomic design reduces operator fatigue on long runs. Available with 40″ or 60″ diameter drums and 72″, 84″, or 128″ belt widths, the OK-400CP is built on a forged-steel, unitized frame for unmatched stability and backed by a one-year mechanical and six-month electrical warranty.
