The Practix OK-160 is an automatic, heavy-duty drawer slide press built for dye sublimation and heat transfer printing on a wide variety of substrates, including flags, all-over garments, mouse pads, and leggings.

Large airbags deliver strong, even pressure across the platen with decreased dwell times — exactly what these fusing-pressure-intensive products require, without sacrificing productivity. Like all Practix equipment, the OK-160 is built on a heavy-duty steel-forged frame with a simple unitized design for unmatched durability and precise, repeatable results.

Extremely simple to operate with minimal physical effort, the drawer slide system pulls the tray away from the heat source for easy loading and unloading. An optional reciprocating tray upgrade turns the OK-160 into a two station setup — one tray loads while the other presses — for even higher productivity. Precision electronic temperature and time controls (timer accurate to 1/10th of a second) and a high watt density heater ensure fast heat-up and consistent temperature throughout production.
