The Practix OK-375 platen machine designed to suit the needs of many types of manufacturing and printing operations on a large variety of substrates being the ultimate solution for businesses that demand precision, speed and durability. Designed for printing operations and manufacturing, this heavy-duty automatic dual station press delivers maximum productivity with minimal effort.
Features:
- Two-Station Shuttle Press: A single top heated platen serves both lower platens, maximizing workflow efficiency and increasing production output.
- Pressure Capability: Each platen delivers 10 tons of pressure at 100 PSI, ideal for embossing applications.
- Pneumatic Operation: Top platen moves side-to-side pneumatically and is controlled via a toggle switch on the traveling carriage.
- Premium Heating System: Equipped with high watt-density heaters for minimal thermal lag and consistent heat distribution.
- Electrical Requirement: 240V, single-phase, 25 amps.
- Air Requirement:0 cubic feet per cycle @ 80 PSI.

Extremely simple in operation, minimum physical effort, and high productivity are the result of the dual station system. With this system, one platen is under the print head while the other is available for loading. Premium quality printing is achieved due to the electronic temperature and time control system. A high watt density heater on the platen allows the heater to heat up faster and maintain consistent temperature during production.
