Practix Manufacturing’s OK-16RTR provides the solution of increased production of dye sublimation paper transfer and direct fabric fixation. The Practix OK-16RTR Rotary Press is available in 66″, 88″, 104″ and 128″ wide belt widths. The 16” oil filled heated drum is engineered providing for 230 degrees or 27″ of heat contact, achieving a production speed at 335 feet per hour when operated at a 40 second dwell time. Including a state-of-the-art sensor belt tracking system, which ensures no horizontal movement and “ghosting” on any of your fabrics.

The Practix OK-16RTR commercial heat press features the following:

• 66”, 88”, 104″, and 128″ belt widths allow for printing on full-width fabrics
• 7″ touch screen interface of all mechanical functions provides intuitive user control and savable settings ensures consistent production
• Digital temperature controller with PID and auto tune
• 3 unwinds & rewinds with independent pneumatic adjusting more or less tension or brake
• 3″ chucks for all unwind and rewind shafts
• Reversing capability
• Safety systems (emergency stops and hand protection at entry)
• Automatic cool down
